The action4justice (A4J) team want you to be happy with everything that we do for you. That means it is important to be clear about your expectations of us and our expectations of you
as we work together. These terms and conditions cover the various action4justice (A4J) products and services that we offer. Please get in touch with us if you have any queries or

Please read these terms and conditions. By engaging action4justice (A4J) ("You") are agreeing to them. Abiding by these Terms and Conditions is a condition of our providing products
and services to you. We ("We or Us") are Action4Justice.

What information we collect about you, how we use it, and your rights to that information.
What type of information we have
We currently collect and process the following information:

Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details).

Your approximate location, browser, operating system and IP address.
How we get the information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

How we store your information
Your information is securely stored in UK-based data centres. We keep your marketing and service data for three years from the date you last contacted us.
Other data collected by Google is covered by their privacy policy.
Data shared in the Action4justice service is stored on a secure Google server with whom we have signed a GDPR compliant data export agreement.
We will then dispose your information by deleting the files which hold the data and all relevant backups. Unless you choose to continue your contact with us.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is
incomplete.

Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances.
•
Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. Please contact us at

What to expect if you participate in one of our on-line webinars as an individual.
Summary
We’ll always do our best to meet your needs and expectations. This document is to make sure both parties are clear on their rights and responsibilities. It covers who should do what and
when, and what will happen if something goes wrong.
What you are engaging with us for?
We will deliver a seminar or series of webinars on-line. The content of the seminar or webinars is described on the sign up page.
What we agree to
You: You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company or your organisation.
Us: We have the experience and ability to do everything we’ve agreed with you and we’ll do it all in a professional and timely manner.
Action4justice (A4J) - Pricing and payment
The pricing of a ticket is as described in the seminar description. Payment is in advance of seminar attendance.
Confidentiality and privacy
You: You agree to treat any information shared with you by other seminar participants as confidential unless you have their express permission to share it. You agree that we may record
sessions for training and marketing purposes.
Us: We will treat any information you share with us during webinars as confidential unless we have your express permission to share it.
Harassment
You will not harass, intimidate or otherwise cause distress to seminar participants or providers. You will not behave so that the benefit and enjoyment of webinars for other participants is
reduced.
Action4justice (A4J) - On-line Seminars Attendance, cancellations and refunds
Your ticket purchase is for one person to attend the seminar. The seminar will be delivered on the date or dates as stated in the seminar description. We will use on-line video
conferencing software. If you do not attend the seminar no refund will be offered.
To cancel the seminar please contact action4justicecontact@googlemail.com

More than seven days’ notice - Entitled to a full refund.
•
Less than seven days but more than twenty-four hours’ notice - Entitled to a 50% refund.
•
Less than twenty-four hours’ notice - No refund will be offered.
Technical
To access the on-line seminar or webinars you will need a modern, standards-compliant web browser. You will also need a device capable of running our web conferencing software. We
strongly recommend a webcam and microphone for the interactive elements of webinars.
We are not responsible for any technical problems you experience with your software, device or internet connection.
In the event that technical problems with our software, devices or internet connection prevent the seminar from going ahead we will attempt to reschedule at a time convenient to all
participants. If you cannot attend a rescheduled seminar you will be entitled to a full refund if a single seminar or a partial refund if the seminar is part of a series.
Copyright
The seminar contents, materials and media remain the copyright of action4justice. You may not share materials with others except where granted by license (e.g. Creative Commons
licensed content). You will not record any part of the seminar without express permission from the course provider.
Feedback and references
We may ask for feedback on any services provided. Please provide any other feedback you see fit to our Facebook group action4justicecommunitygroup
Unless you explicitly tell us not to, we may use your name and likeness, and your company name and logo in future marketing materials. We may also ask for references for previously
conducted work.
Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your seminar experience. All of our webinars are offered with a money-back guarantee. If having attended and participated in a seminar you are not
satisfied, we offer a refund for that seminar.
To claim a refund please contact action4justicecontact@googlemail.com no later than seven days from the date of the seminar.
Please include the following information:

The name of the seminar attendee
•
The name of the seminar
•
The date and time of the seminar
•
How the seminar failed to meet your expectations
We will try and put things right for you. If that is not possible, we will issue a refund.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of liability
We can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free. We are not liable to you or any third-party for damages, or loss, including lost profits or revenue, goodwill, or business interruption.
This applies even if you’ve advised us of them.
The content of our webinars do not constitute legal or professional advice. They are for training and education purposes only. We accept no responsibility for any loss arising from the
use of material in our webinars.
If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity
and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Other details
Neither of us can transfer this contract to anyone else without the other’s permission.
We both agree that we’ll adhere to all relevant laws and regulations in relation to our activities under this contract and not cause the other to breach any relevant laws or regulations. This
contract is a legal document under exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
Terms and conditions - Business support
What to expect if we do consulting, coaching or bespoke webinars for you or your organisation.
Please read these terms and conditions. By engaging us ("You") are agreeing to them. Abiding by these Terms and Conditions is a condition of our providing products and services to
you. We are Action4Justice ("We or Us").
Summary
We’ll always do our best to meet your needs and expectations. This document is to make sure both parties are clear on their rights and responsibilities. It covers who should do what and
when, and what will happen if something goes wrong.
What you are engaging us for
We will deliver consultancy, coaching and/or seminar facilitation as agreed in other correspondence.
What we agree to
You: You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company or your organisation.
Us: We have the experience and ability to do everything we’ve agreed with you and we’ll do it all in a professional and timely manner.
Action4justice (A4J) - Pricing and payment
Pricing is as agreed in other correspondence. Invoices are sent electronically. We accept bank transfers paid in GBP. Travel and subsistence are charged at cost.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before the commencement of any work. We may, at our discretion, offer payment terms. If payment terms are offered:
•
For work of 28 days or fewer duration invoices will be sent on completion of work.
•
For work of greater than 28 days duration invoices will be sent every 28 days for all work completed to the date of the invoice.
•
Payment is due within 21 days of the date of the invoice
We charge a service fee of £10 for overdue invoices. In addition, we charge interest of 2% on the overdue amount. We may suspend further work for a client, even if already agreed,
whilst payment is overdue.
Action4Justice - Business Support Cancellation
These cancellation costs apply once a proposal has been accepted and a start-date agreed.
•
Any direct costs already incurred by us will be charged to you in full.
•
If the agreed work is cancelled or postponed fourteen or fewer days before scheduled start, we will charge up to 50% of the fee.
•
If the agreed work is cancelled or postponed seven or fewer days before the scheduled start, we will charge up to 100% of the fee.
•
Confidentiality and privacy
You: You agree to treat any information shared with you as confidential unless you have our express permission to share it. We may record the contents of sessions and use them for
training and/or marketing purposes.
Us: We will treat any information you share with us as confidential unless we have your express permission to share it.
Harassment
You will not harass, intimidate or otherwise cause distress to our staff or contractors.
Technical
You are responsible for providing technical services necessary to support the work we have agreed to. This includes hardware, software and an internet connection.
We are not responsible for any technical problems you experience with your software, hardware or internet connection.
In the event that technical problems with our software, devices or internet connection prevent work from going ahead we will attempt to reschedule at a time convenient to all participants.
Premises
Where work is undertaken in-person you are responsible for providing appropriate premises. These must be fit for purpose and compliant with current Health and Safety legislation.
Consultancy
We agree to carry out the work as agreed in other correspondence. You agree to support the reasonable requirements of us and our contractors in carrying out this work.
Coaching
You understand and agree that coaching is not a substitute for mental health care and are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. You understand that we are not
trained or acting as counsellors or medical professionals. We work to specific goals as defined by you. We do not promise specific outcomes from coaching.
Seminars
We will provide webinars as agreed in other correspondence. You understand that individual attendance to webinars is your responsibility. We maintain the right to exclude any individual
from webinars who is disruptive or otherwise negatively impacts the experience for other attendees. Materials are provided for education and training purposes and do not constitute
legal or professional advice.
Copyright
Delivered contents, materials and media remain the copyright of Action4Justice unless otherwise agreed. You may not share materials with others except where granted by license (e.g.
Creative Commons licensed content). You will not record any part of the engagement without express permission from the course provider.
Feedback and references

dissatisfaction we will offer a refund, or if paying by invoice, will waive any agreed charges for that work.

following information:

A description of the work undertaken

The date and time the work was delivered
•
How the work failed to meet your expectations
We will try and put things right for you.

We can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free. We are not liable to you or any third-party for damages, or loss, including lost profits or revenue, goodwill, or business interruption.

We’ll always do our best to meet your needs and expectations. This document is to make sure both parties are clear on their rights and responsibilities. It covers who should do what and
when, and what will happen if something goes wrong.
What you are hiring us for
We will deliver a workshop or series of workshops in-person. The content of the workshop or workshops is described on the signup page.
What we agree to

You will not harass, intimidate or otherwise cause distress to workshop participants or providers. You will not behave so that the benefit and enjoyment of workshops for other participants
is reduced.

Venue
We will provide a suitable venue for the workshop to take place. Exact services and access are dependent on the venue. Please advise us of any access or other disability requirements
