Are Facebook and Twitter Strangling our voices?
With the new changes happening on social media, like Facebook changing our settings to only post to 25 of your favourite friends and
twitter launching their new product Twitter vanish which is where a tweet will only go up for 24 hours and then will vanish. These media
companies are making it harder for us to communicate as a group. Therefore, if you want to be part of our movement you will need to

ACTION GROUPS specific to various banks and lenders, such as Natwest /
RBS are available to join below; simply click on the Group button to join. If
your lender or bank is not listed, you can ask action4justice to create a new
button via the CREATE A GROUP button. This will contact our team at
action4justice on our action4justice Face-book page and we will create a
specific Action Group.

The Action4Justice whistle-blowing service
Action4Justice provides a totally confidential, user-friendly whistle-blowing service that employees and external stakeholders can use
to report suspected ethical and compliance-related misconduct.
Action4Justice safeguards the anonymity of the whistle-blower and protects customer data.
Customer data is kept secure and all Data is stored in compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Action4Justice is committed to continuously developing the service in line with customer needs and is always open to new ideas
and suggestions.
The Action4Justice team will make sure to help you get the support and advice you need.
How it works whilst remaining confidential
The whistle-blower can report anonymously or openly
without obligation.
If you have supplied a method of contact and requested further information the Action4Justice team member will get back to you to
discuss your concerns in confidence.
Action4Justice fully understands if you do have a preference to remain anonymous: by all means leave details of your report or story
on this form anonymously rather than not report a wrongdoing you have concerns over.
However, having no contact method does make investigation and verification of the content of the report more difficult; we would urge
you to consider supplying one means of contact and use a code name if preferred. This way we can ensure we are able to act on
anything you have concerns about.
Investigation of cases is initially carried out by a very experienced A4J professional investigator. The investigator has direct contact
with a variety of industry professionals and advisor’s as well as regulatory bodies and will identify the best course of action, if any, to
move the case forward.
Our priority is the safeguarding of the whistle-blower so that we can keep their identity secret whilst still being able to act on any
genuine information supplied about suspected ethical and compliance related misconduct.
Once any investigation has been completed and the case is finally closed it is done so in compliance with data protection legislation,
including GDPR.

secure message page to read any confidential reply posted by the Case manager.
